All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party delivery services or events beyond our control.
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the order after production has started.
All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Pooja Box Maker and may not be used without our written permission.
Pooja Box Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
